Milagros Toledo Sohakita is the founder of Inca Trail Machu Tour Operator, a company that benefits native communities. She has traveled extensively throughout South America and is involved in every aspect of the business to ensure her clients have the best experience possible in Peru. Her interest in the tourism industry began at an early age when she studied to become a tour guide. She started working in the tourism industry at age 18 and now has over 29 years of experience in the field, working for several agencies in reservations, operations, hospitality, customer service, and as a tour guide. She has also served as a coordinator and operator at United Mice travel group, specializing in Inca Trail tours, Salkantay Trek, and alternative treks to Machu Picchu.

Today, Inca Trail Machu operates throughout Peru, including Lima, Nazca, Puerto Maldonado, Cusco, Puno, Arequipa, and other destinations, offering the best itineraries and experiences. We specialize in providing the best trekking experience on the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. We employ the best-experienced staff in Peru to ensure exceptional trips with us. Our guides are highly trained to provide you with the best experience and comfort.

Valery Toledo is co-founder of the Responsible People Foundation, where we work together to create sustainable trips to Peru and support local communities in developing projects. We also help in reforestation efforts in the Andean mountains, areas that have been neglected by the state for many years.
