You can enter Machu Picchu according to the chosen turn: 

  • Machu Picchu Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 m 
  • Machu Picchu Afternoon shift: hours 12:00 m - 5:30 p.m. 

The opening hours of the museum are from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 pm. (Everyday of the year). The schedule of your visit will depend on the shift you chose to enter Machu Picchu. 

 

Important: Machu Picchu tickets in high season 

Remember that the reservation times are based on normal and common visiting times, since the reservation of any of the Machu Picchu tickets during the high season (May - August) must be done months before, like the other reservations of the trip.
